Mega round 2 for me!

Managed to bag P1 in the cup and P10 overall again. I feel a bit annoyed I didn’t do better but getting two overall top 10s in the second round exceeded the team and I’s expectations so we gotta be happy.

I struggled for rear grip across race distance today so that’s something we need to work on. I’m just so happy to be riding with these experienced guys and getting closer every time.

Once again, thanks so much to my Powerslide Motorcycles Derby Suzuki team for their support and making the weekend an honestly pleasant experience.

It’s a 7 week break for me now until the next round at Snetterton, as I’m not doing the next round at Knockhill because being in the cup you have to miss 2 rounds. Keen as to do it all again at Snett🫡

Race 1: P1 in Cup and P10 overall😁

I’m pretty wrapped to get my first top 10 overall and P1 in the cup to top it off.

I almost high sided out of turn 1 on lap 1 and then had a few more hairy moments avoiding big crashes that put me down to 18th, so I had to work hard to make back the lost ground.

Huge thanks to the Powerslide Motorcycles Derby team for the amazing work. We’re ready for race 2 👊.

P12 overall (from 33) and P1 in the cup for today’s practice. +0.9 seconds from P1 so good improvement. Great feeling all round, now I gotta work even harder tomorrow for qualifying 🤟🏻.

Solid weekend at Oulton for round 1 👊
2 x P1 in cup

Started P21 today so I knew I had more work to do. Sent it a little too hard into turn 1 off the start, and got into a bit of a rub with another rider, which cost me some spots early on. Managed to claw it back to P16 overall, and finishing P1 in Cup 16.6 seconds ahead of the next cup rider.

Our pace was much quicker and more consistent today compared to yesterday, having our times not far off top 10 pace.

Qualifying low made life harder than it should’ve been, but I’m ready to stop that next round. Huge thanks to the team for the long hours and getting the bike amazing. We’re ready to hunt at Donington in just over week. 🔥

Wicked Race 1! ⚡️

So stoked to make up 13 positions finishing P12 overall and P1 in the cup, in our first race of the season.

Honestly had so much fun out there battling it out on this mental track. The team and I are working in a great way, and we’ll keep pushing for more. Can’t wait for race 2 tomorrow. 👊

Practice complete here at Oulton 🛠️

Solid day in the books! Great vibes with the crew today, and we’re making awesome gains in myself and the bike.

The cup class is our priority this year and we finished up P1. We’re constantly working and it feels like we’re headed in the right direction. Now we just wait and see what the weather decides to do today. 😵‍💫

Big thanks to my guys for their hard work today, I’m having a blast with them. 🙌
