Another thegreatsouthernslam has been checked off and what a year 2026 was! We are still buzzing with excitement from last week!

A huge thank you to Adelaide Roller Derby (ADRD) for hosting The Great Southern Slam & all the amazing volunteers, officials, announcers, photographers that make this magic happen! It's such an incredible tournament for our oceania community & we love being a part of it!

Brisbane City Rollers represented with our skaters taking track as Punk Blockers, Red Kennedys, special guest spots with several other teams, announcers & officials both on and off skates.

We are so proud of all our amazing members! 🖤❤️🖤

Congratulations to Punk Blockers & Red Kennedys for making the grand final in both divisions. What fierce nail biters of games, we're so proud of y'all! Congratulations to Inner West Roller Derby League & Adelaide Roller Derby (ADRD) for taking the Thongs this year, we can't wait to be back on track with you both again soon! 🖤❤️
