🏁 SpeedyRC / Infinity RCRA EP On-Road Queensland State Titles – Pit Areas, Parking & Event Facilities 🏁
With the State Titles just around the corner, we wanted to provide everyone with an overview of the venue layout and facilities for the weekend. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the map below before arriving at the track.
📍 Pit Areas
🔹 Interstate Pit Area
This area is reserved for all interstate competitors. We will have tables and chairs available, however competitors are more than welcome to bring their own chair if preferred.
On the grass area closest to the main car park, we will also have three gazebos set up with additional tables and chairs to help accommodate our interstate visitors.
🔹 Pit Area 1
We will have gazebos with side walls set up along the entire top car park area. We will also have a limited number of tables and chairs available in this area.
This area is open to both local and interstate competitors. If possible, we strongly recommend bringing your own table and chair to help maximise available space and ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated throughout the weekend.
🔹 Pit Area 2
This area will operate as a BYO setup, similar to previous years. Competitors using this area will need to provide their own gazebo, tables and chairs.
⚡ Power will be supplied to all pit areas.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🛒 SpeedyRC Shop
The SpeedyRC van and shop will be located at the top of the stairs for easy access throughout the weekend.
🍔 Canteen
Our canteen will be located next to the SpeedyRC shop on the upper level of the retaining wall.
🚻 Toilets
Toilet facilities are clearly marked on the venue map.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🚫 No Parking Area
No parking is permitted around the roundabout area.
Please remember that Bayside RC shares the facility precinct with both the BMX Club and Train Club. We have built a fantastic working relationship with these clubs over many years and ask that all competitors and spectators respect these restrictions so we can continue to work together successfully into the future.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🚗 Gear Drop-Off Zone
A dedicated gear drop-off area will be available.
Competitors may temporarily stop here to unload their equipment. Once you have unloaded your gear, please move your vehicle to the designated parking areas so others can access the drop-off zone.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🅿️ Parking
The main parking area is located on the left-hand side of the track as shown on the venue map.
Spaces here are limited and will fill quickly. If the main car park is full, additional parking is available on Network Drive directly across the road from the venue, approximately a 50-metre walk from the track.

🙏 A Quick Note from the Committee
The committee has spent a significant amount of time planning the pit layout and facilities for this event to accommodate over 100 competitors from across Australia.
We ask that everyone please be respectful of the pit allocations and arrangements that have been put in place. While it is impossible to cater for every individual preference, we have worked extremely hard to provide the best possible experience and make the most of the available space for everyone attending.
We appreciate your cooperation, understanding and support throughout the weekend.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We look forward to welcoming drivers from across Australia to Bayside RC for what is shaping up to be an incredible State Titles weekend.
See you all trackside! 🏁🏆🇦🇺
