A fantastic couple of days at Scotstoun Stadium for the Commonwealth Games Track & Field Championships! The competition was great, and the Scots singing their anthem on mass after their athlete won the mile was a real highlight. Springwood Sports Health has moved and is now co-located with Springwood Physiotherapy at Unit 7, 3374 Pacific Hwy Springwood (just behind the Thai Orchid Restaurant)

Christmas / New Year hours:

Howard will be in the clinic on Thursday the 28th & Friday the 29th December between Christmas and New Year.

Clinic hours will be as usual in 2024 from Wednesday the 3rd of January.

Clinic reception is on break until Monday the 8th of January - ph 32082066 and leave a message for a call back.

Business as usual!
Physiotherapy services are now a separate entity to Springwood Sports Health so there is some different signage on the building and an updated landscaping, but SSH continues as always.
