What is STRUGGLE really?

It's easy to say "when things aren't working out" or some version of it... but it's mostly a state of mind - a mix of feelings and thoughts often triggered by something happening (or not happening), right??

What most people don't realize is that struggle showing up is actually an opportunity for real freedom, up levelling and momentum, but you have to really stop and look at WHY you are struggling.

I have had to do this recently, and it's not the first time, I have had a lifetime of intimacy with struggle, but I know what to do now and who to reach out to when I'm in that space as it can be hard to see what it's telling you when you're in it.

Struggle can show up when you're out of alignment with something and when you can work out what that is, you can fall back into FLOW 😁

Sounds simple huh... ! Lol, in theory yes, but in practice, not so much particularly some days!

You might be out of alignment with...
Your soul or soul path
Your values or beliefs
Your purpose or mission
Your integrity

Struggle can show up when you are literally butting heads with the beliefs that are keeping you STUCK! Hello opportunity to reveal them and dissolve them!

Struggle can show up when your hidden emotional baggage is being triggered so you can SEE it. But unless you know how to translate the language of your emotions, you will continue to do this merry-go-round of struggle and stuckness.

Struggle can show up because you're out of balance with your self-care and have been doing too much doing and not enough recharging!

I used to focus on mindset, but I worked out the true breakthrough space is in understanding, decoding and working with the emotions...

As I just said to a friend - the mind is powerful at protecting us, but all it does is hide the emotions away with the memories we want to forget... but the emotions never go away, you just get triggered to feel things automatically and the triggers get stronger over time.

Shame. Guilt. Pain. Resentment. Anger. Fear.

Fear is one most people recognize but don't see all the ways fear is ruling their business, life, relationships and health.

The fear of...
being a failure
being a fraud
being rejected
being judged
being criticized
being wrong
being successful
being responsible
being vulnerable
being seen
being the reason someone else is upset or angry...

Whether it's these fears stopping you in business, or crippling your relationship, or keeping you stuck in sabotaging patterns so you don't get healthy...

The fastest way to dissolve the emotions you don't want to feel, is to turn around and face them...

Listen to them and what they are trying to tell you, they have all the information you need to breakthrough to the other side...

Learn how to decode them so you can actually go in and heal them.
