Coaching is one of the best jobs at this club, and we're looking for more of them.

We're opening Expressions of Interest for 2027 coaches in two areas:

⚽ FQA Junior Boys - U10s, U11s, U12s
⚽ Pre-Academy Boys and Girls - U8 to U12s (our newly renamed Pre-Academy program)

This isn't a club where coaching is an afterthought. Every coach in our high performance programs is mentored weekly by senior coaching staff, including coaches with international experience.

Our whole approach is built around a Constraints-Led approach backed by research evidence and not internal beliefs.

Minimum C Diploma required, but if you're willing to complete it before 2027, we want to hear from you too.
