U12s — Development Championship Winners

Nobody said it would be easy.

After losing their first three games, our U12s could have folded. Instead, they dug in. They trusted the process, trusted each other, and went on a run of 5 wins and a draw to lift the trophy. That’s not just football — that’s character being built in real time.

Every player that represented QSA this weekend had their own journey. Highs, lows, moments of brilliance and moments to learn from. That’s exactly what this environment is designed to produce — players who can handle adversity, grow through it, and keep competing.

📍 Sundays from April 26 — Irene Longman Reserve, Cannon Hill

⚽ 5–7 yrs | 7:50–8:50am

⚽ 8–12 yrs | 9:00–10:10am

📍 Tuesdays from April 28 — Col Gardner Dr, Morningside

⚽ 5–7 yrs | 3:55–4:55pm

⚽ 8–12 yrs | 3:55–4:55pm

⚽ High Performance Group (Age 10–14) | 4:45–5:45pm

This term we’re excited to be partnering with a youth athlete development provider to take things to the next level — giving our players access to specialist athletic development alongside their football. 🏃‍♂️💪

Minimum requirements:
✅ C Licence (or relevant equivalent experience)

Highly regarded:
⭐ Performance coaching experience (S&C)
⭐ Sports Science background
