Long shift? Busy day? Hydrate anyway. 💧
This Women’s Health Week, Jean Hailes is encouraging women across Australia to “do it anyway”, taking small, realistic steps towards looking after their health, even when life gets busy.
And with Day 1 centred around “To Fuel”, it’s a good reminder that looking after yourself can start with the basics.
For women working on site, on the road, in the workshop or out in the field, we know the job doesn’t always stop so you can put yourself first.
But looking after your health doesn’t always have to mean making a big change.
It can be remembering to eat properly. Taking a moment to rest. Checking in with a mate. Or simply keeping on top of your hydration throughout a long shift.
Because behind every shift is a person. Someone’s teammate, partner, mum, daughter, sister or friend. Someone who matters beyond the work they do.
At Pryme, we care about the people behind the work. And this week is an important reminder that while you’re busy getting the job done, you matter too.
So when the shift gets long and the day gets busy, take the small step.
Hydrate anyway. 💧💛
