Canteen Update – We Need Your Help!

Unfortunately, our canteen will remain closed on Friday competition nights until we can find someone willing to take on the role of Canteen Convenor.

Our canteen is an important part of our Friday nights, providing food and drinks for our athletes and families while also helping to support the centre.

The Canteen Convenor role involves overseeing the running of the canteen and organising stock. You won’t be expected to do everything yourself, our committee will help you get started, and parent volunteers can assist throughout the season.

You don’t need previous canteen experience, just a willingness to help and work alongside our friendly committee and volunteers. The role could also be shared between two people if that makes it more manageable.

If you’re interested, would like more information or think you may be able to help, please send our page a message.

We would love to hear from you and work together to get our canteen back up and running!

Introducing our 2026/27 Club Captains & Vice Captains!

We’re excited to officially introduce this season’s leadership team!

⭐ Club Captains: Kiara & Ned
⭐ Vice Captains: Gi Gi & Brock

These four athletes will play an important role throughout the season, helping to lead by example, support and encourage our younger athletes, represent Strathpine with pride and bring plenty of Spitfires spirit to our Friday nights and beyond.

We’re looking forward to seeing them step into their roles and make the 2026/27 season a fantastic one for our club.

Please join us in congratulating Kiara, Ned, Gi Gi and Brock! 👏
