Since I became pregnant I have had many ups and downs with my fitness journey. I went from toned with a flat stomach, training 5-6 days a week to having a belly, thighs and cellulite in places I hadnβt had in a long time due to hardly training. I was scared to do anything the first 12 weeks that may harm our chances of keeping her after so much heart ache to get her in the first place. The rest of the time not training much due to being exhausted for no reason sore in all areas of my body and just not having motivation. I am not ecstatic with what my body looks like now but I know where I have been before and that I can get back to that. I am however pretty happy with how I look with my baby bump and wouldnβt change having this baby girl for anything. .sternberg and I will be forever grateful for this experience together.
