A big welcome to Amara Meyn who has joined our team as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA).

Amara has been a part of our team for a number of years as a Coaching Zone coach and Reformer Pilates instructor, and will now be offering Exercise Physiology services.

Amara specialise is:

✅ Injury rehabilitation
✅ Movement analysis and correction
✅ Management of chronic conditions through exercise
✅ Exercise across lifespan (paediatric, prenatal/postnatal, perimenopause, geriatrics)
