🌟 QUEENSLAND SCHOOL SPORT SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS 🌟

Congratulations to Roan, Cormac and Jack who swum outstandingly at the QRSS Swimming Championships this week. All 3 swimmers have qualified to compete the the Australian School Sport Swimming Championships in Melbourne later this year. Our whole swim club community is super proud of you!! 💪👏🙌

Congratulations to one of our swimmers, Jack N, who smashed two club champ records on Friday night, which had been standing since 2022 & 2023:

🔥 25m Butterfly – 19.22
🔥 25m Backstroke – 16.74

An incredible achievement and a credit to the hard work, determination and effort he brings to the pool every week. We’re so proud to see our young swimmers pushing themselves and reaching new heights! 🏊‍♂️

Another awesome night of racing on Friday night just gone and that marks our last race meet for the 25/26 season. A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing volunteers and members - we couldn’t do it without you!

📣 This Friday 13 March, we kick off 2 weeks of fierce competition, where each age group will compete for the ultimate honor - 2026 Age Champion 🏆🥇

Check the details in our previous Facebook post or last weeks newsletter for more information.

‼️ Age Championship Nominations are NOW OPEN! Please submit these using the link below ⬇️ or via the link in our newsletter by 5pm Wednesday 11 March.

An entry report will be issued to families on Wednesday night to check.

No changes or additional nominations can be made to the Age Champs program after 7pm Thursday 12 onwards 🙏
