A few weeks ago I was preparing for surgery and wondering how long the road back would be.
One of my little students Willow, handed me this.
Moments like these remind me that coaching is about much more than techniques, belts, or competitions.
It’s about the people. The connections. The impact we leave on others.
Recovering is never easy, but support like this makes the journey a lot lighter.
