School holidays are over and now is the perfect time to burn off that Easter chocolate 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I have moved our regular Monday session to this afternoon (Tuesday) at 5:15pm!

Do t worry if you can’t make this afternoon’s session, I will be running Wednesday (5:15pm) and Saturday (7:00am) as normal 🙌🏼🎉

Come on down tomorrow morning and try something new. All fitness levels welcome no matter how beginner you are or how super fit you are. There is an exercise for everyone.
