So much laughter, fun, pain and the occasional death stare when I tell clients I have a “Sharnee’s special” for you today 🤪😂

I’ve had an absolute blast and have learnt sooooo much, not only from the awesome team at but also from all my clients! Thank you all for your support throughout my first year as a personal trainer, can not wait for 2023. Absolute love supporting you all with your health and fitness goals ❤️

In the 6 months she trained at Magnum check out what she has achieved:
✅Down 7.8kg
✅Total lost in measurements: ✅50.5cm 10cm off her waist alone

She can now do:
➡️A Bench press of 45kg compared to 37.5kg 6 months ago
➡️ A Squat of 75kg compared to 37.5kg 6 months ago
➡️ A Deadlift of 60kg compared to 25kg 6 months ago.
➡️ And a 2:15 Plank compared to 40secs 6 months ago.

You should be proud Sam 🤩 We definitely are! 💪🏼

👋🔥 It’s not goodbye it’s see you later 👋🔥

👉 Trevor is working away for a while, so he had his last session with me recently

👉 He is now doing our body scan blitz package, to ensure he still makes progress while he isn’t physically training with Sharnee.

👉 This package is great for clients like Trevor. He will still get nutrition advice, a program to suit his goals and weekly phone calls to make sure he is still on track, making progress and kept accountable 💪🏼Every 4 weeks he will get his usual body scan done! 👌

I’m not saying DON’T go there, because there is 100% a time and place for them.. But…

👉 There’s a difference between a meal replacement and a nutritious snack, but a lot of people have trouble separating the two.

👉Creating a calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight, yes, but a lot of people hear low calorie diet and think eat as little as possible. Sure they would make for a filling snack, but nobody should consider 100 calories a meal.

👉 However pending on the brand, meal replacements shakes can provide a good balance of calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients all while saving time and effort.

👉 But there are still a lot of nutrients you can only get from whole foods, so just keep in mind moderation is key.

Here is a few tell tale signs that may indicate you’re under eating:

➡️ You have brain fog
Your ability to think clearly, set priorities and switch easily from one task to another is severely impacted if you consistently undereat. Your thinking can become inflexible, obsessive and irrational and you are more likely to be reactive to criticism and less able to show empathy or connect emotionally with others.

➡️ You Don’t Have Energy
Calories are fuel—the source of energy that keeps everything from your brain to your muscles functioning optimally. When you don’t eat enough, the level of glucose (the sugar your body uses for energy) in your blood plummets and your energy takes a dive too.

➡️ You’re tired all the time
If you’ve ever gone to bed hungry, you know it can be tough to fall asleep. But eating too little can make it difficult to stay asleep, too. Studies have linked undereating with a reduction in deep sleep, the sleep during which your body is making critical repairs to muscle tissue and other organs.
