Progressive Strength Train To Play Progressive Strength is a Group Training facility where we go by the mantra of 'Train To Play'.

Whether it be a competition, playing with your kids, or doing a physical job, outside of training is your playground and at Progressive Strength we manipulate bodyweight exercises to create strength, flexibility, endurance and fat loss to make sure your your ready to do what ever it is you want and need to do.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Here’s a new year RingString challenge to kick the year off 💪
- exercise 1 - 60 sec ring turn out, rest 30 seconds then;
- exercise 2 - 60 sec ring turned out like position, rest 30 seconds, then;
- exercise 3 - 60 seconds rings turned out push-up position, rest 2 mins then;
Repeat each exercise for 45 seconds with a 30 seconds rest between and 2 mins at the end then repeat again for 30 seconds each exercise and 30 seconds rest between exercises.

Now here’s the tricky part, try and do this without relying on the friction from the straps on your forearms or upper arms!
