I have been coaching boxing around Logan on and off for roughly 10 years and i had always wanted to open my own boxing gym.
In july 2020 i opened up Riverside Boxing Gym and started from scratch not knowing what will become.
In the time, since opening i have trained many great people and we built up numerous teams and saw alot of talent come through the doors.
We made some great memories and I've made some really good friends, rather family.
In april 2021 i was apart of team Leti Leti when he won the Australian title against Conor wallace.
I trained Suitama Manuele to win the South Pacific international amateur title and then also turning him professional.
I trained many young amateur boxers and win or lose i was always proud of them as long as they did there very best.
Well, the time has come for me to close Riverside Boxing Gym which i gave it everything i had but i just couldn't do it in the end.
Now there is a new face to the building in 2023 with my really good friends, more like brothers Brendan and Brad who have taken over the premises and will bring a whole new face to the boxing scene with so many talented boxers Amateur and Pro out of the new........
SHDW BOXING GYM so keep an eye out for when the doors open up in 2023 and make sure to get there and support the boys.
Riverside Boxing Gym will still be going but i will only be training a few fighters from a private boxing studio in 2023.
I would really Like to thank Everybody from my heart from start to finish who ever had anything to do with Riverside Boxing Gym from Coaches, Fighters, Family and All the Gyms that we became buddy gyms with for sparring over the time,
