Meet Nicole from .fitness 👋

Nicole built Freedom Lifestyle & Fitness to be more than a gym. It’s mindset, nutrition and real support in one place - the accountability that keeps you going, in a safe, welcoming space that looks after the whole person, not just the workout.

That holistic view is exactly why Nicole’s excited about Vikasati. She sees it filling another gap in the wellness journey - a healthy way to connect and be social. Somewhere you look after yourself and spend time with good people at the same time, out in the elements.

Meet Carly from World Gym Toowoomba 👋

World Gym Toowoomba is one of the biggest, most welcoming rooms in town - 24/7 access, every bit of equipment you could want, and a community where everyone belongs, from day-one beginners to seasoned lifters.

For Carly and the team, that community is the whole point. It’s what turns a workout into a habit, and a gym into a second home. People come for the training, and they stay for the people.

Carly sees Vikasati as the missing link in all of that - the piece that rounds out how people look after their health and fitness. Strong training on one side, real recovery on the other, and community running through both.

Meet Amy from Antara Studios | Yoga & Pilates Toowoomba 👋

Amy built Antara Studios | Yoga & Pilates Toowoomba into one of Toowoomba’s calmest corners - yoga, reformer pilates and meditation, all built around movement and mindfulness for real life. The name says it well: Antara means “the space between.” Somewhere to slow down, get present, and come back to yourself.

So much of feeling good happens in the mind - being present, finding calm, turning down the noise. That’s the heart of what Amy teaches, and it’s exactly why Antara and Vikasati fit so well together. The calm she builds through stillness and breath, combined with the calm we build through heat, cold and the environment.

And thankfully, we’re right across the road from each other. Two spaces for the same work - a steadier mind and a stronger body.

Tomorrow is a public holiday on the Gold Coast, and it’s the perfect chance to take some time for yourself, catch up with friends and recharge.

It was our pleasure last month to walk some of our Foundation members through Vikasati Toowoomba.

There’s been so much excitement from the community, and a lot of our members signed up at the start of the year, before we’d even broken ground.

So it meant a lot to show them the space and share the thinking behind each detail.

We’ve been obsessing over this build for almost a year and we’re so close now.
