What an incredible final session! Our gymnasts have flipped, jumped, balanced, challenged themselves and had SO much fun over the past five weeks! 🌟

We’ve loved bringing gymnastics to St Michael’s and watching everyone’s confidence grow. 🥰

Flexibility helps gymnasts move safely through skills with greater control and better technique. It improves posture, increases range of motion and can help reduce the risk of injury.

The best part? Flexibility isn't something you're born with—it improves through consistent stretching and practice.

At AGDA, flexibility is developed gradually in every class to help every gymnast reach their full potential.
