ADULTS ONLY TRAINING CLASSES

Every Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:00PM you can head along to our Sandgate Training Centre for our Adults only classes. Each student trains at their own place and activities are based on your abilities and personal goals.

Whether you've done a martial art before and want to get back into the swing or new to this type of fitness and wanting to stay active while learning to look after yourself we think you'll get what you're looking for at one of our classes.

You can train once a week in the adult class for $80 a month or go unlimited and train at all of our centres Australia wide, up to 6 days a week, for $110 p/month. As a special introductory offer we're dropping our regular joining fee and discounting our monthly fee by $20 a month for your first three months.

We have an unlimited FREE trial, with no obligation to join so come along and give it a go. Contact us for more information or if you'd like to register for a FREE trial.
