The grom squad is our teen only training session!
This session is held Monday-Thursday at 4pm!
It’s a mix of weight training & Muay Thai.
Our goal as a gym is to help build a strong foundation and deep understanding of technique in both disciplines.
If you or a friend has any young adults looking to get into training but aren’t exactly sure where to start this session is for them!

SAY HELLO TO THE GROM SQUAD!
At 4pm Monday-Thursday we hold a teens specific strength and Muay Thai session.
The goal of this session is to teach this group of young go getters how to train weights correctly under the supervision of one of our coaches, this is then followed up by a technique session with our Muay Thai coach
Our goal is to empower these teens with the knowledge of health, fitness and Muay Thai.
If you have a teen who might be interested in learning how to become the best version of them selves and take control of their health at a young age this is the place to do it!
