Today we give a Hounds nation shout out to our sponsors infront_security.

Infront have been with us the last couple of years throwing their full support behind our All abilities program. This has allowed us to run in season competitions at hounds in addition to programs in the off-season.

All Abilities is designed to cater for people with intellectual or physical disabilities, and those who are neurodiverse.

It is a completely inclusive program that provides opportunity for people with intellectual and/or physical impairments to learn Touch skills and play the sport with their family members, carers, friends, elite footy players and the wider community.

It’s a great way to keep active and meet other like-minded individuals providing opportunities for positive social interactions, broader networking and community connection.

Because of their support athletes are able to participate in these activities at no cost.

We have also been able to go offsite and deliver programs at Mancel College. We’re excited to be back there this school term.

We are so grateful to be in a position to offer these opportunities thanks to Infront.

We’re bringing a Women in Touch program to Hounds starting next month!

The Women in Touch Program is designed to connect, support and empower women through touch football, creating opportunities to learn, grow and get involved both on and off the field.

Regardless of your skill level or knowledge of touch football, is the perfect place to meet new friends, get active, and have some FUN!

START DATE – 11th October 2026
END DATE – 29th November 2026

TIME – Sunday’s, 2:00pm – 3:00pm
COST - $120
LOCATION – *Somerfields, Dunn Road, Rocklea, QLD

Hounds nation have you heard about Hounds pups?! 🐶

Hounds Pups is a seven-week program that provides a fun and inclusive learning experience for our future touch stars!

It is the ideal segue into joining a team.

The sessions are run by experienced coaches who teach a variety of drills focusing on ball skills, agility, teamwork, fitness, plus games and much more!

Our Hounds Pups program will be run during term 4 to coincide with our Hounds touch season 2, 2025

Perfect for our youngest future stars (ages 4-8), this program introduces touch football through:
✅ Skill-building drills
✅ Game play basics
✅ Lots of fun with friends!

Graceville Festival is back for 2026 and this year, we’re going bigger! 💙💚

Join us at the fields on Saturday 10 October from 3pm for an afternoon and evening with plenty happening for the whole family.

We’ll have a HUGE kids entertainment zone filled with rides and inflatables, plenty of food vendors and market stalls, the can bar open, plus live music and a DJ with MANU Music from 3pm to 9pm.

Bring a picnic rug, grab some food, find a spot on the field and spend the evening with us.

School Holiday Touch Footy Fun Returns Tuesday!

Here's your chance to register the kids for a fun and jam-packed time with our friends Grow Your Game at their school holiday clinic, running Tuesday and Wednesday next week!

Whilst our regular competition is in pause mode there are still clinic spaces available and you don't need to be registered with our club to join the holiday fun.
