Upgrade your chest workout 💪 . Finish off your last set on incline bench press with this thrown in‼️
8x alternating hand incline press
8x slow negative incline press followed by AMRAP(as many reps as possible) quick 3/4 reps

Trust me this will finish your chest off 🙂 🏋🏻‍♂️
