THIS 👉 THAT gratitude edition
These are some common things I hear people say on the daily that can be replaced with a gratitude attitude....
Take what you need..
I prefer to eat bad food because it tastes better and is easier 👉 how lucky am I that I have access to healthy foods that nourishes my body and provides me with everything my body needs
I don't like to exercise because it's too much effort and I don't know what I'm doing 👉 I'm so grateful that I am capable of moving my body, become stronger and have a better quality of life because of it especially when some people don't have that option
I wish my house/apartment was bigger 👉 I'm so grateful to have a roof over my head and a space that is mine
I wish I earned more so I could go on more holidays and buy more things 👉 I'm so grateful that I'm earning money that supports my life for right now
Have those goals and chase them but if you can't be grateful for what you currently have in life then you will never appreciate what will come in the future.. Change your attitude and every day you will feel blessed. Don't take life for granted, work to better yourself in every way possible ✨
