Glute Dominant Leg Press 🍑
Here we have showing us how it’s done!
This is a variant of the leg press that is used to target the glutes, similar to a kick out but easier to load weight and is excellent for building strength and size.
Done simply by putting the toes just off the top of the leg press, putting the seat up to its most vertical setting and driving downwards through the heels.
Remember with leg press to finish with soft knees (never fully extend) :)
