Due to an unscheduled maintenance issue - The Murray Evans Sports and Aquatic Centre will be closed tomorrow morning - We are working hard to quickly resolve this issue and will keep you updated for re opening times. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Unfortunately due to the recent rain it has delayed our re opening after our refurbishments - We will be re opening on the 18th of July.

The MESAC Pool will be closed for Maintenance from the 20th of June and re open on the 11th of July - We appreciate your patience while we work on bettering our facility :)

Following the announcement on 14 April 2022 by the Queensland Government in relation to “Public health and social measures – coronavirus (COVID-19)”, visitors/competitors to the Murray Evans Sports Complex (MESAC) & The Tennis Centre at Somerville House are no longer required to be vaccinated to enter the complex.

Those that are working as part of a facilitated program/event/activity (via external organization) at MESAC (either paid or volunteer) are still required to be vaccinated and are required to check-in and show their vaccination status on entry as this is part of a ‘high-risk setting’ which includes schools.
