This is a shout out to all past and present Untangle Your Purpose/Doone clients in the Esk region - Hello to you all.

I will be back at Rudi's Place again this coming Wednesday, May 13 - not all available spots have been filled so I would like to offer you something --- I have been undertaking a certification course in something called the Superconscious Transformation Method and now need willing people to practice on.
This method is a beautifully gentle transformation technique that enables people to move beyond the stuck, resistance that lives in the subconscious and release it.
When our life lesson is triggered we are immediately under the spell of old emotional patterns that resurface from our subconscious. These emotional patterns take over and we quite literally become engulfed in a resistance pattern be it - procrastination/avoidance; feeling stuck; self sabotage; imposter syndrome; paralyzing fear; guilt, shame; overwhelming self doubt; unworthiness; FEAR, and the list goes on.

So as not to get too bogged down in the theory and details - I would like to offer FREE OF CHARGE - to two past clients a one hour session with me to experience the benefits of this transformation method as I am learning and practicing.

I myself have been on the receiving end of this method as we have been practicing with fellow students and I will say that layers of resistance within me, deep seated life lesson unworthiness is being gently shifted. It is like experiencing a gentle system upgrade, just like we do with all of our technological devices. We too require system upgrades and this technique offers the way.

Just a side note - for those who have already experienced hand analysis - revisiting your soul psychology every now and then is highly beneficial. We are creatures of habit and often very quickly fall back into our patterns and ways of living. To be reminded of who you are every now and again is beneficial.
I know from personal experience, the parts of me that were difficult to see have taken me many years of being reminded.

It is only when we actually can see it can we begin to change it.

The Somerset Health Expo - A BIG THANK YOU to Ruth and Emily and their family members who also gave generously of their time yesterday. The Civic Centre was filled with good vibes and uplifting energy while the rain gently fell outside. I am sure I am not alone when I say that the huge amount of work that goes into putting something like this together is greatly appreciated by all of us.
