It’s a day about remembrance, reflection and mateship. Getting together with our mates from Fire and Police, with our families away from the job and having fun.

The annual sporting showdown between firefighters and police is almost upon us 😤

The 2025 9/11 Commemorative Sports Day will be held on Saturday, September 13 at the South Pine Sports Complex.

Come along for a fantastic day of competition with plenty of fun and activities for the whole family.

The event will be livestreamed so you can watch the huge line-up of sport from wherever you are.

We do it to honour our fallen New York comrades who gave all at 9/11, but also to come together to remember those lost closer to home.. lost in the line of duty.. lost from work related illness.. and to thank our families for their never ending support.
