What makes you feel the most you?

For me; it’s being on the beach, feeling the sand under my feet, salt air in my face and the sound of waves. There is something so purifying and refreshing about it! Add to this a journal or intention cards and I am in self care heaven!

When is it that you feel most yourself? Is it at the gym? is it smashing your goals at work? Is it dinner with your nearest and dearest? Or when you are curled up on the couch with a blanket and a good book?

How often do you dedicate time to these things?

If your answer is “not much”, ask yourself what you are doing instead?
