THIS WEEK AT BFT ASPLEY

Monday we have a tough CARDIO U with less rest and less time to get those cals/reps in.

Tuesday the UB PUMP class is super-setting between a main lift and an accessory lift with some tempo in the main lift to increase that time under tension.

Wednesday is the last progression of CARDIO HIIT with a tabata timing there is minimal rest.

Thursday is a LB STRENGTH with undulating reps.

Friday is BALANCED to take care of our bodies before our final@two big weeks coming up

Saturday is XTX with some exercise progressions to test you.
