I couldn’t decide what I wanted for breakfast this morning so I just had a little bit of everything ✌️
protein shake(after training), 1/2 grapefruit, GF toast with 🥑 and GF toast with peanut butter 😍
I’ve been focusing on stopping my mindless snacking habits by eating bigger, more nutrient dense meals throughout the day.
Today, I have college all day then I’ll head to Pilates .fitness.studio so I’ve packed enough food to keep me going.

I remember the first time I joined the gym after years of neglecting my body while backpacking. I sat outside in my car, completely shaking. I missed the first class I’d booked and drove home feeling like a failure.
