You have to play the long game when it comes to your health & fitness journey!
The physique you want is not built overnight. No matter how much some influencers try to convince you otherwise.
You need to get clear on your goal, commit to achieving it and take action on the days you feel like it and on the days you really don’t.
Jumping between the latest challenge or diet is not going to get you sustainable results long term. Working on your mindset, educating yourself, building good habits and being consistent is and that all takes time!
Aim to make progress every day, week or month.
Find a good coach & a program you enjoy, that you can continue on long term and hold yourself accountable. Don’t rush the process and instead find a way to enjoy it.
Then and only then will you see the results you really desire.
