WHAT IS ZUU?
* ZUU is a low impact BODYWEIGHT training system developed in Australia over a decade ago

Who does ZUU?
* Elite athletes, armed forces, world champions, mum’s and dads, teachers, office workers, injured, overweight, elderly and kids at schools. It is bodyweight movement after all.
Can I do ZUU?
* Absolutely. Bodyweight training is the best benefit to risk ratio training on earth. In other words, picking up a 2kg dumbbell has more risk. Life is you and your body moving around, make sense? So why not learn ZUU movements to increase your quality of life.
What makes ZUU different to other animal training styles?
* Social connection of humans is much more important to us than the fitness component. People first fitness second.
What does ZUU culture mean?
