Bracken Ridge training centre has returned for 2022 with a new training time. Our Saturday training centre is now running from 2:00 - 3:00pm in the Bracken Ridge High School Hall.

All ages and fitness levels welcome. We offer an unlimited free trial and as a member you can train at any of our training centres for no extra cost.

Come and give Rhee Tae Kwon-Do a go. Great fun, the ultimate in fitness & self defence.

We had another GREAT Action Day Grading Test for our far Northern Brisbane Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Training Centres last week. We were extremely honoured to have two Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Master Instructors attending, Master Instructor for Australia, Nigel HIGGS and our Brisbane Region Master Instructor, Morgan HIGGS, both to assess and upgrade all Instructors and students. There was a great turn out, all eager to impress the Master Instructors, showing loads of dynamic action and great effort from everyone.

Special mention of Junior Member Ethan, a 1st Grade Brown Belt Black Tip from our Sandgate Training Centre who put on an excellent display of all of his training and practice as part of his Black Belt Test, and was promoted to Junior Black Belt. Also, Junior Black Belt Brendon from our Bracken Ridge Training Centre was assessed and promoted to an even higher level of Junior Black Belt Instructor with an outstanding display of Rhee Tae Kwon-Do technique and knowledge. A great demonstration from the both of them.

We had several of our other Junior Black Belts put on a awesome demonstration of the advanced level of Rhee Tae Kwon-Do training with some impressive Board Breaks and synchronised Patterns

Congratulations to all students that attended and well done to those that were promoted to the next rank. Thanks to all the families and friends that came to spectate and support our great organisation. With only a few weeks to go until our next one let's all get ready to make the most of our last Action Day for 2020.

We had another action packed and energetic Action Day event for our northern Rhee Tae Kwon-Do branches last Thursday. We were honoured to have both Master Instructor for Australia, Chong Kwan Jang Nim Nigel HIGGS and our Great Brisbane Regional Master Instructor, 6th Degree Master Instructor Morgan HIGGS in attendance. Despite social distancing limitations we still managed to have a great turn out at our Morayfield training centre. Morayfield Rhee Tae Kwon-Do hosted students from our Sandgate, Bracken Ridge, Redcliffe, Deception Bay, Mango Hill and Caboolture training centres. Students were put through their paces in a fun and action packed night. Congratulations to all students that were promoted, most notably Claudia who successfully passed her Junior Black Belt application and joins the ranks of our other Rhee Tae Kwon-Do black belts. We also saw one of our Sandgate students, Dan, assessed and successfully promoted to Junior Black Belt Instructor. This is the highest level a junior black belt can reach before they start preparations for grading to adult levels. An immense honour that is only given to students of exceptional technique, perfect pattern knowledge and dynamic abilities in the art of Rhee Tae Kwon-Do. All junior Black Belt Instructors present on the night wowed the crowd with an impressive display of free sparring and board destruction. We're back! As restrictions ease Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Training is back up and running. We've organised several midweek and weekend outdoor training sessions. Existing students please email us or contact your branch instructor for locations and times. New students are welcome. If you were planning on giving Rhee Tae Kwon-Do a go before the lock-down, or just eager to get active and moving again, get in touch.
