We say with a heavy heart, that this page will be no more...

Nah jk, can never get rid of us - even if you tried. This page is over 8 years old, and been through the works, it’s changed its purpose so many times and cause of that, it has no idea what it really is.

So we are splitting the page into two and starting from scratch. Same business, same people, more personal. No more struggles of us not knowing how to post stories, or people thinking I’m wearing pink tights (clearly being a grown ass dude isn’t a clear enough sign that the story may be Jes?? but anyway)

didn’t focus on fat loss, he focused on body recomposition, which is a combination of fat loss and muscle building. And in 10 weeks, just look at the difference.

Khan works FIFO, when he’s at work he has limited choice for food and equipment for training. Both taken into account when writing his personal plan. When he’s back at home - different gym, different machines.

He’s full time parenting on his off weeks, and full time working on his work weeks. But still manages to find a way to transform his body in such an impressive way.

There’s almost a whole 5kg of fat lost in this transformation and it SHOWS.

Unlike most transformations you see where the only goal is fat loss. This was much more intricate. It was a 13 week committed transformation. It took a lot of control and effort to drop the fat, build muscle and increase strength all at the same time. Not everyone is capable of doing this.

Even while in a deficit, he still jumped into a comp to showcase his strength. While weighing in at a new low of 84kg he squatted 190kg, and deadlifted over 200kg. He kept quiet about his transformation and when we saw the difference he made, it blew us away. Insane work 🔥

When I first stepped into the gym, I was completely green. I had no real idea what I was doing.

I’d dabbled here and there, tried to train on my own, but honestly I was just guessing. That uncertainty created so much anxiety on what to do, how to do it properly, and whether I was even doing it “right”. It really delayed me making an progress and I contemplated quitting many times over.

But everything changed when I got a training program. With session mapped out, having a clear direction on what to do each day. It made me not have to worry about if what I was doing was ‘correct’ or good enough. It made the whole gym scene a lot less overwhelming and anxiety inducing.

So to all our beginners out there, this is for you. We’ve created a super simple beginner-friendly program, similar to how we program our clients who have built incredible strength and lose incredible amounts of weight.

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Dean over this last year...And what a journey it’s been.

Dean reached out wanting to get stronger, he didn’t have any experience in this field but it was something he was committed to.

He started from scratch, step 1. Relearning the basics to make sure we were heading in the right direction.

He never complained (maybe a little) and always wanted to do be doing the most he could.

Fast forward 12 weeks and he smoked his initial strength goals. Immediately setting new ones, we went back to work.

Dean jumped in on our very first transformation challenge and REALLY set the standard.

Dropping 11kg in under 10 weeks....

Not only that, but the end of the challenge lined up with a sanctioned powerlifting comp we entered. He weighed in at an all time lightest bodyweight.

Competed and broke his records in all lifts and took home first place 🥇

Now he’s able to maintain his lifestyle with the skills he’s learnt, and be an amazing example to his son. Cause who doesn’t want a dad who’s taken control of their life and dominated?

It’s important to remember that you have a holiday typically for a break, or for enjoyment. So remember that and make sure you have fun over anything else. But we can do that and still stay on track and here’s how

Plan ahead - If you want to train while there, plan for it. Set days aside if you need to

Sugar Free drinks - Always opt in for the sugar free version to save calories

Stay Active - This isn’t hard to do when exploring, but stay on your feed, opt in for a walk rather than a 5 minute uber. Take in the scenery and enjoy the moment!

Have fun - Remember, that’s the real reason we do anything, for enjoyment.
