✨ Looking back, I realised how much can change in a year.

Not just physically, but mentally too.

The things that once scared me don’t scare me anymore.
The people I chased, I no longer need validation from.
The goals I thought were impossible are now part of my everyday life.

Growth is funny because it happens so slowly that you barely notice it… until one day you look back and realise you’re not the same person anymore.

The last few weeks have been a mix of growth, challenges, and exciting opportunities. 💚

🤸🏽‍♀️ Pushing my calisthenics training and celebrating new strength milestones.

💪🏼 Helping clients move better through injury prevention, mobility, and strength coaching.

📸 Creating content, collaborating with activewear brands, and stepping outside my comfort zone.

🏋🏽‍♀️ Exploring new gyms, meeting new people, and finding fresh inspiration for training.

🌱 Learning that progress isn’t always linear, but showing up consistently is what counts.

✨ Building my business, chasing bigger goals, and creating a life that feels aligned with what I love.

Some days have felt challenging, some have felt exciting, but every step is moving me closer to where I want to be.
