Before I start only do deadlifts if you have been shown and had someone correct your technique by a professional. No matter what type of training you are doing deadlifts are one of the most important exercises you can do. It will show you were your weak muscles are, increasing your overall strength, improves core strength and grip strength. Just remember as with everything, use good technique, don't forget to brace and use a percentage of your 1 RM and program in Deload weeks.
