It has been an absolute pleasure to be a part of this group of amazing young athletes and coaches. They came from many different cultural backgounds, beliefs, some were highly skilled, some just starting for the time, best friends to complete strangers, but all with same goal in mind, to be their own success story and to build a team culture that was uniquely them.

Thank you netball excellence for allowing us to be a part of your journey this year. We watched you all grow, trust each other and form teams around values that were specific to your team and your teams needs and we are so proud of you all for staying true to those values and producing amazing results this year.

We look forward to the next chapter in your netball journeys and we are pumped to see you all again soon, watch this space!

Every decision in life has an outcome, they start with a choice to be made, a solution to be found, a problem to be solved. The choices we make determine the path we take in order to satisfy our need to take action to produce an outcome, those outcomes can either satisfy you or they can cause disappointment and regret, ultimitely its creates a new wave of thoughts to achieve more and be better or new choices to put things right.

Mindset is no different, it is a choice that leads to you taking action and no matter the outcome you should always push forward to be the best that you can be. Outcomes no matter if they are good or bad will provide valuable lessons, these lessons when taken on correctly can build a strong mindset that is driven towards success, driven to grow.
Dont be afraid to fail, dont be afraid to start over, thats part of learning and thats part of life, its your choice to get up and go again!

Now the question is, "are you prepared to grow or are you happy to stay i the same place you are in?"

We are absolutely pumped to announce that registrations for our Brisbane school holiday clinic is now open! This is for any young athlete, any gender, any skill level and age groups ranging from 9yrs - 16yrs.

We have partnerd up with the amazing and some talented young league players to deliver a clinic that we hope will upskill and encourage young athletes to understand their potential, improve their speed and agility, push their comfort zones and build a mindset that is resilient and driven to be the best version of themselves.
