Proud to announce that Mason Lome-Hindle has renegotiated and signed an extension with the Redcliffe Dolphins for 2027. 🔥

What a year of growth for this young man.

After earning his opportunity with the Redcliffe Dolphins, Mason has continued to improve under Head Coach Dave Elliott, becoming a key player in the Redcliffe Dolphins’ 2026 Hostplus Cup QRL side.

From Dunedin, New Zealand, to Queensland — Mason is proving that when talent meets hard work, discipline and the right opportunity, the pathway is real.

Mason started rugby at just five years old, developing through Otago Boys’ High School First XV and representing Otago at all age levels.

His love for rugby league eventually saw him make the switch at 14, and the journey has moved quickly:

A former St Paul’s student and Ellerslie Eagles junior in New Zealand, Bronson and his family made the huge move across the Tasman to Australia to support his dream and give him every opportunity to chase his future in elite sport.

This is a moment that has been built on determination, resilience, and an unwavering belief in herself.

A proud Toongabbie Tigers junior, Tia has faced challenges that would have seen many walk away from the game. Two serious injuries kept her sidelined for almost two years, but she never lost sight of her dream. She continued to work hard, stayed committed to her rehabilitation, and came back stronger every single time.

Tia is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted, and driven young women you’ll meet. Her coachable attitude, willingness to learn, and relentless work ethic have been a credit to both herself and her dad Joel and coach Ben Ellis whose support throughout her journey has been unwavering.

This opportunity has been earned through perseverance and character. It is a reminder that setbacks don’t define you—it’s how you respond to them that matters.

Tia, we couldn’t be prouder of you. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for showing everyone what resilience truly looks like. Your story is an inspiration, and we know this is only the beginning.

Congratulations to Taylah Falaniko on signing a Development Contract with the Parramatta Eels NRLW program.
Taylah’s rugby league journey is a great example of what can happen when talent, hard work, and commitment come together. Having only transitioned from netball a short time ago, she has quickly established herself as one of the most exciting young front rowers in the game.
Falling in love with the physicality and contact of rugby league, Taylah has embraced every challenge thrown her way and continues to grow at an impressive rate. Her outstanding Tarsha Gale Cup season saw her emerge as one of the competition’s standout forwards, earning selection in the NSW Under 19s team and capping off the experience with a well-deserved try on the representative stage.
While her performances on the field have been exceptional, we are equally proud of the person she is becoming. Taylah’s attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn have been key factors in her rapid development and future success.
As another proud Parramatta junior progressing through the club’s development pathway, this contract is a fantastic reward for the effort she and her family have invested into her journey so far.
We are excited to continue supporting Taylah and the entire Falaniko family as they take the next steps towards an NRLW career.

Congratulations to Riley Poulton on signing a multi-year development pathways contract with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs! 👏🔥

Riley has been part of the Queensland Bulldogs Pups Academy for some time, working hard behind the scenes, developing his game and embracing every opportunity. That commitment has now been rewarded with the Bulldogs securing him for further elite development within their pathways system.

The talented young Queenslander will also proudly represent Queensland once again at the upcoming National Rugby League Schools Championships in Coffs Harbour in just a few weeks’ time. 💪

When asked who he would like to thank, Riley’s response was simple:

“Mum, Dad and Pop. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and helping make me who I am today.” ❤️

This is a well-deserved opportunity for a young man who continues to put in the work both on and off the field. We look forward to watching Riley continue his development and chase his rugby league dreams in Bulldogs colours.

🇳🇿🖤💛A very special recent visit to Tipene.

What started as a journey helping young athletes navigate elite sporting pathways has become so much more than rugby league contracts and opportunities. This is about people, relationships, culture, friendship, and connection.

As a northern Englishman, being welcomed into a Māori learning environment is something I never take for granted. It is a genuine privilege and one of the most humbling and wholesome experiences I have had through sport.

At Caliber Sports Group, we are already proud to represent some of the outstanding young people and families connected to this environment, but today reinforced that what is being built at Tipene goes far beyond sport. It is creating future leaders in education, culture, community, and elite sport.

A huge thank you to Nathan and Yvette Durie for your vision, leadership, trust, and warm welcome. Your commitment to developing young Māori leaders is inspiring, and it is exciting to see the opportunities being created for students both within Aotearoa and across the globe.

There are so many pathways and opportunities available for talented young people throughout New Zealand and Australia, and I am incredibly grateful that Caliber Sports Group can play a small part in helping students and families navigate that journey.

🚨 BIG NEWS COMING OUT OF MANLY! 🦅

We are incredibly proud to announce that local junior Oscar Crotty has been extended and upgraded by the Manly Sea Eagles, committing to a multi-year deal as he continues his rise through the club's pathways system.

After attracting interest from a number of NRL clubs, Oscar made it clear where his heart is. A proud Manly junior, his focus has always been on earning his opportunity and pushing towards the ultimate goal – pulling on the Manly Sea Eagles NRL jersey.

As part of this exciting upgrade, Oscar will now spend time developing and training within the NRL environment, another significant step forward in what has already been an outstanding journey.

Oscar's story is a true example of the strength of the Manly development pathway. From attending Allambie Heights Public School, starting his rugby league journey with the Harbord Devils, progressing through the Narraweena Hawks, representing Balgowlah Boys Campus, and now playing junior football with the Forestville Ferrets, Oscar has worked tirelessly every step of the way.

A versatile footballer capable of excelling at fullback or in the centres, Oscar is respected not only for his ability on the field but also for the person he is off it. Humble by nature, always willing to lend a hand around community football, and a genuine student of the game, Oscar is the type of young man every club wants representing its colours.

A massive thank you to Craig Walker and the Manly Sea Eagles pathways staff for recognising Oscar's potential, backing him throughout the process, and their professionalism in securing his future at the club.
