This one is for the woman who has been quietly carrying something heavy in her heart around the women in her family and is finally ready to put it down.

Maybe there's been distance, loss, or silence between you and a female loved one. Maybe you've spent years grieving a relationship that never quite was what you needed it to be. Maybe the grief you're carrying isn't even yours, it was handed to you by your mother, her mother, and the women who came before them. Or maybe you've never had the words for it at all, just a weight that sits in your chest and doesn't seem to shift.

Unlike a regular breathwork class, this session also teaches you practical tools to regulate your emotions and energy in everyday life — so the calm doesn’t end when the session does.

You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, supported by heart-opening cacao, in a safe, trauma-aware space. Perfect if you’re new to breathwork or simply craving more balance, clarity, and ease.

Lovingly hosted by Karlea, these gatherings offer a warm, nurturing environment where you’ll be guided through a meditation and invited into personal journaling, creative expression, and heartfelt conversation with others.
