Jenny (in black) and Janice (in pink) have been part of the Pilates on 88 Bay community for 10 years.

Over the years, they have shown up consistently, supported one another and become a much-loved part of the studio.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is seeing the friendships, confidence and strength that develop over time.

We’ve had a few new faces here recently, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself. I’m Anna, owner of Pilates on 88 Bay.

One of the things that’s always been important to me is the quality of teaching. Each of our instructors is highly trained in Authentic Pilates, with a strong understanding of the body and how it moves.

With small classes of no more than four, we’re able to tailor each session to the individual, supporting you with the attention and guidance you simply don’t get in larger classes.

Being part of Brighton Wellness Group also means we can work alongside experienced chiropractors and other practitioners, offering a more considered, whole body approach to your care.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practising for years, our focus is always on helping you move well and feel stronger in your body.
