Adjusting your form without consent? It’s a no from us, and here’s why.

Firstly, because relying on manual adjustments can limit body awareness and independence. We like guiding you with words to help you understand the movements, build confidence, and long-term progress.

Secondly, we have created a safe space for every person to feel welcome and comfortable, and we understand some clients prefer a hands-off approach, and we respect that.

That’s why, if the situation arises for an instructor to suggest a change in your posture, our team will always gain approval from you to do so before placing their hands on you.

It may be personal preference, you may be carrying an injury – whatever the reason, no explanation is required, and your workout won’t be impacted.
How you choose to receive guidance is completely up to you 😊 We're always game for a hug though, so keep 'em coming!
