Tired of boring workouts? Ditch the treadmill and throw some punches instead!

Our group classes and one-on-one boxing sessions are perfect for anyone looking to break a sweat, have a blast, and maybe even feel like a champion (without actually getting punched in the face).

Whether you’re training for fitness, fun, or just to impress your friends with lightning-fast jabs, we’ve got you covered.

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you how to float like a butterfly and sting like… well, at least like a very determined bee.

Come hit things (safely) and get fit! 🥊🔥

Qualified Boxing Coach (Boxing Australia)

Group Sessions: 45 mins, $25, no sign-ups, no contracts! (10 max)

1:1 Sessions: 30 mins, $55. (By appointment only).

Current Group Timetable:

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm.

Saturday 8am.

Further group sessions to be added soon.
