Hobart Gymnastics Academy is a family-friendly and inclusive, not-for-profit sporting organisation o Hobart Gymnastics Academy Inc.

(HGA) is a not-for-profit community-based sporting club owned and operated by members since December 1993. The club is an incorporated body and is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our aims are to:

•provide opportunities for members to enhance their lifestyle through a physical activity that builds confidence and improves physical fitness
•equip community members with physical, social, and t

eam-building skills, assisting children, teenagers, and adults to improve their self-esteem and increase their social development
•provide an opportunity for teenagers and young adults to develop leadership skills
•contribute to the growth and development of the sport of gymnastics by providing a safe, rewarding, enjoyable, and affordable environment. HGA is a family-oriented club, providing opportunities for children from babies through to adults. We run a number of programs within our Academy and have more information available on our website, www.hga.org.au. The Academy leases its current premises and has a full range of equipment to cater to our programs. All coaches are accredited under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme administered by the Australian Sports Commission. We also provide a Trainee Program for both Coaches and Judges to assist teenagers and young adults to develop leadership skills. Our 2020 COVID-safe return to training has been supported by the Tasmanian Government.
