This Friday night, we're inviting every superhero, pirate, princess, rock star, cowboy, dinosaur and person who simply couldn't be bothered dressing up to join us at Bridgetown Roller Skating.

Mix and match, wear something ridiculous, bring back an old costume or rock up in your everyday clothes. The only thing you really need is a willingness to have some fun.

**Anything Goes… except leaving your skates at home and claiming you're a professional spectator.** 😂 (Actually, spectators are welcome too!)

Superhero? 🦸 Pirate? 🏴‍☠️ Disco diva? 🪩 Pyjamas? 😴 Your favourite outfit that makes absolutely no sense? **YES TO ALL OF IT!**

We're throwing the rulebook out the window for a night of music, skating and whatever creative chaos you can come up with. Dress up, dress down, mix up your costumes or just come as you are.

There are no costume rules, no matching required and no prizes for making sense. 😜

Peace and quiet? Well… **we can’t help you there.** 😂

But we CAN offer two hours of music, roller skating and the chance to prove to the kids that you’ve **still got it!** 😎🛼

Join us this **Father’s Day – Sunday 6 September** for two hours of skating, music, laughs and possibly discovering that Dad’s skating skills aren’t *quite* as impressive as he remembers them being. 😜

The kingdom awaits.
And somebody has put **WHEELS ON THE PEASANTS.** 😂🛼

Tonight, Bridgetown Leisure Centre shall be transformed into a mighty medieval kingdom where knights don't need horses, wizards probably can't be trusted and the royal court will be travelling considerably faster than usual. 🏰

⚔️ Leave thy sword at home.
🐎 Park thy horse outside.
👑 Secure thy crown.
🛼 Strap wheels to thy feet.

And should thou fall upon the rink?

**ARISE, BRAVE KNIGHT, AND PRETEND NOBODY SAW IT.** 😂⚔️

By royal decree, all knights, maidens, jesters, wizards, dragons and assorted peasants are summoned to the kingdom of **Bridgetown Roller Skating** this Friday night! 👑🛼

Forget the trusty steed — **we ride on eight wheels!** 😂

Raid the castle wardrobe and come dressed for **MEDIEVAL MAYHEM!**

⚔️ Knights — leave the swords at home
👑 Kings & Queens — crowns encouraged
🧙 Wizards — questionable spells welcome
🐉 Dragons — please refrain from setting fire to the Leisure Centre
🤡 Jesters — we expect entertainment
🛼 Peasants — thou art also welcome!

The books are closed, the skates are on and things are about to get a little… fictional. 😂

We want to see witches doing laps, superheroes trying to stay upright, Wally hiding somewhere near the rink and Harry Potter discovering that roller skates are considerably harder to steer than a broomstick. ⚡🛼

Already worn your Book Week costume? Excellent — get your money's worth and wear it again! 😂

Haven't got one? Doesn't matter. Just come as yourself — technically, we're all characters. 😜

📚 BOOK WEEK + ROLLER SKATING = A PLOT TWIST WE CAN GET BEHIND.
