HAVE YOU SET UP YOUR AUSCYCLING TIDY HQ?
****************************************************
Important! Incorrect/Incomplete Tidy HQ profil
es will not have attendance, placing or times registered into Sqorz for our club championship. Make sure yours is filled in! We require all members to fill in their membership records accurately (licence number & transponders for 8+). With these details filled in it means our nom and scoring applications can work in full capacity. If a transponder passes through that isn't attached to the any/the correct member profile, the application can't identify the rider it belongs to. It also can alert us to issues before racing starts ensuring the system works perfectly. HOW TO DO THIS:
Members were sent an email (to the email address that their BMXA membership was attached to) asking them to reset their password. If you didn't receive this email, please click on this link https://auscycling.tidyhq.com/
Log in with your email address and then click next. It may ask you to reset your password or you may need to click 'I forgot my password' (and choose a new password)
Once logged in, click the menu in the top right corner (coloured box with initials) and select 'Contact Profile'. This opens a page with 4 selections and again select 'Contact Profile'. On this page you can enter/check the membership number is correct and further down you can enter any transponder numbers. You can also set up a rider profile that includes social media (although this is not needed)
Finally, you must make sure you click 'SAVE & UPDATE'
You can change your member by clicking the down arrow next to the member name. If you need to add a member/s to your profile, please send an enquiry to AusCycling on this form https://desk.zoho.com/portal/auscycling/en/newticket...

We've had some entries coming through for with riders still using their BMXA numbers. These numbers are no longer in use as everyone has an Auscycling number as of Jan 1st, 2021 (even if you're yet to renew your license). Can parents please ensure they update their riders information on Entry Boss. Please follow the process below, as many entries are flagged with expired licenses as the information has not been updated:
Log into your Auscycling account (Tidy HQ),
> Go to Contact Profile
> Click on the drop-down arrow under the name of the person you wish to view
> Your AC number will have been assigned called "Contact ID Number". This is your new Auscycling number. This AC number is the one you need to put into Entry Boss. To do this, you'll need to log into Entry Boss,
> Click on My Account
> Click on 'Change' next to the profile you wish to edit
> Fill in the details and click on Save. Once this is completed, you shouldn't be contacted again about it for our event or future events. If you get stuck or need more information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us or Auscycling.
