Hands up if you feel that sometimes things get just a little too much ... physically & mentally .. and it’s all a little overwhelming.

Quick reminder > If you are doing the best you can right now … and doing the right thing for you & your family ... then you are doing the right thing.

There is no right or wrong when it comes to your health & fitness ... this does not change no matter what cycle you are rolling through in life.

We are all different, we all have different priorities, at different times

What’s important is that you do the best thing for you right now .. if that means stepping up your usual health & fitness .. that’s great! If that means backing off a little .. then that’s totally OK too. If you are completely unsure about how you feel and what you should be doing, then that's totally OK too!

There is no right or wrong, you get to decide what is right for you.
