When I discovered in July last year, I never thought that I would be able to do the things that I’m doing now!!

Its a great feeling to be able to not only to help myself out. But to help and motivate others also. This is only the beginning!!!

Struggling with dips? Don’t use a machine or bands. Use a box instead to keep yourself stabilised. The key here is to:

1. Keep your toes on the edge of the box
2. Place your body weight forward
3. Dip as far down as you can

The lower your dip is = healthier and stronger chest and shoulders.
