After an incredible season, Schwartz, Linton & Alexander have all earned their place in their respective Grand Finals.

Three teams who have worked hard, competed consistently and put themselves in the best position to finish the season on top.

Now it’s time for one final game.

Good luck to Schwartz, Linton & Alexander — bring it home. 💙💛
