The 0700 to 0730 on Saturday is a Pelvic floor and Breath practice before the Asana practice which will be a Flow To Music class. Only for those who ha

ve attended at least one advanced class during the week. The 0630 to 0730 on Fridays is a Pelvic Floor Pranayama and Chakra meditation practice. The 4 pm on Wednesdays is a restorative class. Maximum of 4. Please book early if possible. The Friday restorative is no longer on. a 10 am on Wednesdays Knee Support practice for those wanting to strengthen muscles to support the knees. The site does not allow me to put more than 2 classes in each day! All classes except for the Restoratives are available on Zoom by appointment.
